What if my city isn't covered?
For supported jurisdictions and scopes, PermitAssist researches permit requirements from official building department sources. Solo and Team users can request specific jurisdictions; unsupported cities should fail closed or be requested rather than return fake certainty.

Our verified city data is cross-checked against official building department sources. Every result shows its confidence level and sources. We always recommend confirming final details with the local building department before submitting — permit rules change, and we want you to be 100% sure.
